Fun place, food and drink options are crazy during happy hour. (3-6). Went on a Friday at 4pm by 6 pm wait was out the door in January. If it wasn't an hour away from home I would be here every Sunday for football...

Came here for dinner with my son and daughter the night before Thanksgiving and the place was jammed! Found out that this is a big party night for kids coming home for Thanksgiving. There were a lot of security people there so we felt pretty comfortable. I guess some of the youth can't handle their liquor! Great ambiance, located on the water. Very friendly staff, pretty quick service. We started out with the fried pickle appetizer. Order was a good size and we all shared it, and there wa plenty to go around. My daughter had the short rib tacos; 3 in the serving and the tacos were really stuffed. She loved them. My son had the bacon blue burger. Really good size burger. I had a regular burger, lettuce tomato and cheese and it was cooked the way I ordered it. Fries portion was good but not as hot as I like them, but that's always my issue with fries, got to be hot! I would recommend this restaurant. Big parking lot but fills up quick at busy times..

I can only judge it for the bar, but overall, as a bar, Beacon 70 is a great place. The service is friendly and professional and it was service with a smile. I did not get anything to eat, but the menu looked good enough and varied enough to have something for most potential diners. The bar had a guy playing guitar and singing and he made it a cool enough vibe. Beacon 70 proved to be a great place to meet up with an old friend and reminisce about some incredible times.

This was a large spot right on the water. There was a large bar right in the center with plenty of televisions. There were even several televisions with individual tables. The menu had something for everybody as it was very large, and the service was appreciated. I had the cobb salad ($14.50) with grilled chicken ($5). It came with mixed greens, avocado, corn, egg, crumbled bleu cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and a lemon honey vinaigrette. I found it interesting that a vinaigrette was present, but it worked with the ingredients. The salad appeared to be extremely fresh and was a good portion size. The chicken was cooked to my liking and was needed for added protein. I also tried the short rib tacos that was filled with burgundy braised short ribs, Pico de Gallo, cabbage slaw, and guacamole. This was stuffed with a lot of the toppings. The short rib was tender, but I do not think I was too much of a fan of the burgundy flavor. I also tried the tuna quinoa bowl that was ahi tuna, avocado and cucumber tossed in yuzu soy, which was over tri color quinoa with sriracha mayo and seaweed salad. This was very light and flavorful. It was probably my favorite item tried. Will I go back? Definitely.

Many tv screens, frosty glasses that make the beer even better, hot food served quickly. Great spot to catch a game or many! TV's are everywhere at the bar and the views from dining room are beautiful. Highly recommend their liquid breakfast

I had the faroe island salmon w spinach for dinner. It was delicious. This place is the best around as far as being a bar/restaurant because the food is excellent. Good selection on the menu- great variety, with healthy choices as well as the usual wings. Get there earlier for a seat. It can be crowded- but worth it.

After sitting through 2 torturous Little League baseball games at 90° weather I needed to get inside and get some AC, cold drink and get me some seafood and this place hit a dinger! The soft shell crab special which was a $16 special w/ french fries was killa, sizable crab filled with the gooey yellow mustard guts, I was in heaven. $21 for a dozen top knock raw clams is pricey for the size which looked more like mini me's. Six dollars special Tito's bloody Mary's hit the spot. My son enjoyed a Shirley Temple with a whole Lotta extra Shirley's with are cherries, lol, baby! Yes, the place is is a little overpriced but it's casual dining at its best with a ton of flat screen TVs, extremely clean, fairly attentive service with a very large selection of tap beer and the menu seemed as fresh as a day in May, lol. I recommend.
